ABOUT UHE PTA
University Hill PTA strives to foster a vibrant and inclusive community where every child thrives. We empower parents and educators to work together to enrich the educational experience of all students by:
Promoting bilingualism and biliteracy:
We celebrate the unique linguistic and cultural diversity of our school, providing opportunities for students to develop fluency in both English and Spanish.
Advocating for high-quality education:
We actively support initiatives that enhance academic excellence, provide equitable access to resources, and create a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students.
Building strong community connections:
We foster meaningful relationships between families, teachers, staff, and the wider community through social events, volunteer opportunities, and open communication.
Supporting the well-being of our students:
We prioritize the social, emotional, and physical well-being of our students by advocating for programs that promote healthy lifestyles, physical fitness, assist mental health needs, and create a supportive and inclusive school climate.
